We're organizing our 8th Graders' Promotion Day t-shirts order.  They will be $10. Please send in a check made payable to BMS PTO and this form.  Please use student name when completing the order form.  Shirts will be sent home with students shortly after they arrive (2-3 weeks after order is placed).  If you have any questions, please email Tina Kettner at Tkettner6@gmail.com.
